ONCOR is the supplier of our electrical power.
The Text ONCOR program allows customers to report power outages via a “text” and receive an outage ticket and service request information in return. If you report a power outage, you will be notified by text when power is resumed.
Features include the ability to register from mobile devices and register multiple phone numbers and accounts. The step-by-step process that walks you through the registration is shown on the cell phone below.
To register, you will need your 17 digit ESI # found on your electric bill.
To Notify ONCOR via Text Message on Your Cell Phone:
Send Text to “66267”. Your message should say “Register”.
