As part of its understandings with CA, Lake Forest has negotiated an agreement for CA to compensate owners for claims and losses arising in connection with the redevelopment of Tract C (see Section 20 of the Omnibus Agreement on the LF website here).

 

Any claims for damage should be sent to CA's Legal Department at the address shown below with a description of the damage, photographs and your contact information.
