Clinton Dunn

Clinton Dunn

Clinton Dunn was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a MBA from the University of Houston. He is currently the Regional President, Texas and Georgia, with Capitol Bancorp, LTD. Previously, Clinton was Sterling Bank Regional CEO, Dallas and Southwest Houston Regions and held various other banking positions in Houston. Additionally, he has worked in the petroleum industry for Humble Oil and Refining (ExxonMobil) as a Process Engineer. In his leisure time Clinton likes fishing, boating, and playing golf and has an interest in music. Clinton and his wife Bobette have lived in Lake Forest since 2005 and reside on Stone Meadow Drive. He was elected to a two-year term on the board in Nov 2009 and serves as a Class A director in Group 2.




Sharon Freytag

Sharon Freytag - Secretary

Sharon Freytag was born in Larned Kansas and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, a master's degree from the University of Michigan, and a law degree from SMU. Sharon has been with Haynes and Boone, LLP since 1983 and is a partner in appellate litigation. Prior to attending law school, Sharon taught English and creative writing and 19th Century American Literature. She has served on various professional, non-profit, and charitable organization boards and committees including the Board of Directors of the Center for Brain Health, the Development Board of UTD, Board of Directors of the State Bar of Texas, and is a member of the Dallas Bar Foundation. In her leisure time, Sharon enjoys listening to jazz, classical, and country western music as well as reading fiction and seeing good movies. However, her most enjoyable activity is playing with her granddaughters. Sharon has lived in Lake Forest since 2000 and resides on Lueders Lane. She was elected to a two-year term on the board in Nov 2008 and serves as a Class A director in Group 1.




Errol McKoy

Errol McKoy

Errol McKoy was born in Quanah, Texas and grew up in Oklahoma, moving to Texas in the early 1960’s. He began his career working summers at Six Flags over Texas until receiving a B.S. degree in Economics from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. He has also worked at the New York World’s Fair and White Water Parks. Errol is currently the President of the State Fair of Texas and former General Manager of Six Flags Over Texas and Georgia. He has also served as the President of the Lake Forest Community Association, Inc. from 2005-2006. In his spare time Errol enjoys pursuing interests in gardening and cars. Errol and his wife Sandy have lived in Lake Forest since 2000 and reside on Preston Brook Place. He was elected to a two-year term on the board in Nov 2009 and serves as a Class A director in Group 2.




Debra Shtofman

Debra Shtofman

Debra Shtofman was born in Ft. Worth Texas and received a bachelor’s degree from Newcomb College of Tulane University and a master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Debra is currently the Senior Development Officer at the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation and has previously been the Publicity Director of the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts as well as co-owner of several DFW women’s wear stores. She has served on various non-profit and charitable organization boards and committees including the Junior League of Dallas, Temple Emanu-El, Greenhill School, Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, the Dallas ballet, and the Lake Forest Landscape Committee. Debra and her husband Michael have lived in Lake Forest since 2004 and reside on Hill Forest Drive. She was elected to a two-year term on the board in Nov 2008 and serves as a Class A director in Group 1.

Debra Carroll joined the board in January 2010 as the representative of the Office Tract. Debra's bio is in process. She was appointed to the board in Dec 2009 and serves as the Class B director.








Harlan Pollock, MD

Harlan Pollock, MD

Harlan Pollock was born in Columbus, Ohio and received his bachelor’s and medical school degrees from THE Ohio State University. He completed his medical training in general surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital and in plastic surgery at Walter Reed General Hospital. Harlan is board certified in general and plastic surgery. After serving four years in the Army, including one tour in Vietnam and attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, he started his private practice in plastic surgery at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. He has served on various non-profit and charitable organization boards and committees including the Jewish Community Center, Jewish Family Service, American Society of Plastic Surgery, the Plastic Surgery Division of Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, and Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee – Texas Institute for Surgery. Harlan is also a former Chair of the Lake Forest Landscape Committee. Harlan and his wife Hannah (Hank) have lived in Lake Forest since 1999 and reside on Hill Forest Drive. He was elected to a two-year term on the board in Nov 2009 and serves as a Class A director in Group 2.




Ken Woolley

Ken Woolley - President

Ken Woolley has degrees in business and taxation and state licensing as a certified public accountant (CPA). Ken has over 25 years of work experience in the business community. With Weaver and Tidwell and then KPMG, Ken worked as an independent auditor of banks and savings & loans, transportation and manufacturing companies, school districts and municipalities, and other non-profits. Ken is currently in public practice in the areas of individual, trust, and oil and gas taxation. He served for many years on the Board of Directors of Equest, a therapeutic horse riding program. Ken is married to Linda and they live on Pecan Forest Drive. He is the liaison to the Residential Architectural Review Committee (RARC), and previously has been on the Landscape Committee and chair of the Finance and Audit Committee. He was elected to his second consecutive two-year term on the board in Nov 2008 and serves as a Class A director in Group 1.
