Harlan Pollock, MD - President
Harlan Pollock was born in Columbus, Ohio and received his bachelor’s and medical school degrees from THE Ohio State University. He completed his medical training in general surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital and in plastic surgery at Walter Reed General Hospital. Harlan is board certified in general and plastic surgery. After serving four years in the Army, including one tour in Vietnam and attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, he started his private practice in plastic surgery at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. He has served on various professional and charitable organization boards and committees including the Jewish Community Center, Jewish Family Service, American Society of Plastic Surgery, the Plastic Surgery Division of Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, and Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee – Texas Institute for Surgery. Harlan is president of the AAAASF (American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, an international accreditation organization to assure patient safety in office surgical facilities, and serves on the Dallas County Medical Society Mediation committee. He is also a former Chair of the Lake Forest Landscape Committee. Harlan and his wife Hannah (Hank) have lived in Lake Forest since 1999 and reside on Hill Forest Drive. He was elected to a second consecutive two-year term on the board in Nov 2011 and serves as a Class A director in Group 2.

Peggy Stephenson - Vice President
Peggy Stephenson was reappointed to the board in 2011 having previously served on the board from 2005 to 2009 as the representative of the Office Tract. Peggy has worked with CompuCom since 1998 and is currently Director of Facilities. She oversees real estate and facilities services and operations for CompuCom’s 42 locations in North America. This includes site selection, lease negotiations, space planning and design, construction management, relocation logistics, project management, security and janitorial services, landscaping, fleet management, mailroom and reception services, building engineering services, procurement and MAC services management.

J. Lyle Patrick - Treasurer
J. Lyle Patrick was born in Jacksonville Florida in 1952 and graduated from the University of Florida with a BBA in Accounting with High Honors. Lyle is a retired chief financial officer and a former partner with Arthur Andersen & Co. in their Atlanta office. He has 35 years of finance and accounting experience with five international and domestic public companies. Areas of expertise include developing, budgeting, and operating under short and long-term business plans as well as working with bankers and investors to raise and invest over $6B in a twenty year period. He has served on various professional, non-profit, and charitable organization boards and committees including the United Way and Salvation Army. Lyle and his wife, Kimberly, have lived in Lake Forest since 2004 and reside on Hill Forest Drive. He was elected to his second non-consecutive two-year term on the board in Nov 2010 and serves as a Class A director in Group 1.

Rob Beuttas - Secretary
Robert Beuttas Jr. has been President of Preston Center Branch at Stillwater National Bank & Trust Company at Southwest Bancorp Inc. since November 2005. Rob has expertise in national market commercial real estate projects and holds a bachelors degree in finance from Southern Methodist University. Rob and his wife Cheryl have lived in Lake Forest since 1999 and reside on Forest Cove Circle. He was elected to a two-year term on the board in Nov 2010 and serves as a Class A director in Group 1.

JoAnn Brumit - at Large
JoAnn Brumit is the CEO of Karlee Company, a contract manufacturer of precision sheet metal and machined components for the communications, defense, aerospace, commercial goods and medical equipment industries. Karlee Company was selected to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2000 and it was personally presented to JoAnn by President George W. Bush in 2001. JoAnn and her husband Lee have been residents of Lake Forest since 1999 and reside on Preston Brook Place. She was elected to a two-year term on the board in Nov 2010 and serves as a Class A director in Group 1.

Errol McKoy - at Large
Errol McKoy was born in Quanah, Texas and grew up in Oklahoma, moving to Texas in the early 1960’s. He began his career working summers at Six Flags over Texas until receiving a B.S. degree in Economics from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. He has also worked at the New York World’s Fair and White Water Parks. Errol is currently the President of the State Fair of Texas and former General Manager of Six Flags Over Texas and Georgia. He has also served as the President of the Lake Forest Community Association, Inc. from 2005-2006. In his spare time Errol enjoys pursuing interests in gardening and cars. Errol and his wife Sandy have lived in Lake Forest since 2000 and reside on Preston Brook Place. He was elected to a second consecutive two-year term on the board in Nov 2011 and serves as a Class A director in Group 2.

Alan Tallis - at Large
Alan Tallis and his wife Shirley have lived in Lake Forest since 2001 and reside on Edgestone Road. Alan is a native of New York while Shirley is a native Texan and they have lived in Texas since 1980 except for a stint in Columbus, Ohio from 1994 to 2000. Alan earned a law degree from the University of Miami and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. The majority of his career was spent in the lodging industry until his retirement in February 2011. Alan served as the Chief Development officer for both La Quinta Corporation and Red Roof Inns. Most recently, he was responsible for the asset management function for a publicly traded lodging REIT based in Dallas with more than 21,000 rooms under supervision. Alan enjoys traveling, dabbling in the kitchen for therapy, and spending time with their two grown sons, one of whom lives in Los Angeles and the other in Columbus, Ohio. He was elected to a two-year term on the board in Nov 2011 and serves as a Class A director in Group 2.
